Work scope for developing automated test cacabilty:
- Select COTS test equipment that meets accuracy requirements
- Design switching network to perform testing of a devices with multiple inputs and outputs.
- Configure / design interfaces to control test station switch network and unit under test states / modes
- Develop self test / calibration scheme for test station switch matrix and unit under test controls
- Translate unit under test specifications into ATE software requirements
- Translate self test / calibration scheme into ATE software requirements
- Implement unit under test software requirements using Nation Instruments LAB View and Test Stand tools
- Implement self test / calibration scheme software requirements using Nation Instruments tools
