Aeromation Mission Statement

Aeromation Corporation provides aircraft systems engineering services, with a focus on the integration and test of electronic systems. Aeromation relies on a vertically integrated business model to gain control of the critical path during project execution. Our multi level electronic systems integration efforts are focus on the development and certification of analog, mixed signal and RF aircraft systems.

Aeromation Systems Engineering Services

Aeromation merges customer needs with regulatory requirements to create a comprehensive set of system requirements. The system requirements are developed with the user, design, manufacturing and verification communities involved as part of an iterative process. As a company the values placing useful system in the hands of the customer, our focus is on the instantiation of system that embody technology that is proven to be feasible.

We focus on maintaining big picture approaches were no single requirement is sacrosanct. With respect to key system performance measures, cost and schedule are always factored into providing a workable system solution. Our approach to airworthiness to providing equivalent level of safety were simply following established industry practices interferes with customer needs.

Aeromation follows the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) processes to the greatest extent possible, using an interdisciplinary approach to enable the realization of successful systems. We focuses on defining customer needs, required functionality, documenting requirements, then proceeding with design synthesis and system verification.

As the deliverables of our systems engineering process we produce problem statements, conduct trade studies, develop high level and detailed requirements, create certification plans, development schedules and cost estimates.

Aeromation Integration and Test Services

As vertical integrated company, Aeromation straddles the integration and test environment from the box level evaluation to platform certification. On the civil side of our business we are well versed in the testing of equipment to Technical Standard Order (TSO) and DO-160E standards at the box level and the field approval, STC and TC processes at the platform level. With the defense products, we are experienced with the qualification testing of line replaceable units and flight clearance process at the platform level.

For box and LRU level testing, Aeromation selects suitable Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) test equipment, designs the necessary test fixtures and develops the software required to implement the test per Test Requirements Specifications, TSO or other approved documentation.

At the platform level, Aeromation develops certification plans for review and approval of the appropriate airworthiness authority. With an approved certification plan in hand, the test cards are written, initial power off testing is conducted, followed by ground testing, and the issuance of an Experimental Certificate of Airworthiness or Flight Clearance. After being cleared for flight, preflight briefings are conducted, the test points are flown, the flight is debriefed and data reduction begins. At the completion of testing a final test report is issued. Appropriate supporting analysis and documentation is developed and a certification report issued.
